The place was very comfortable and felt like home. The neighborhood was beautiful and had fantastic food. loved exploring the area. Public transportation was near and very convenient. really enjoyed my stay here. I look forward to coming back soon!

This listing was exactly as described. I loved the neighborhood! And it was easy to explore the rest of SF using public transit.

The small apartment has recently been renovated with new appliances and a full kitchen. It is above the host's home one of whom is a heavy smoker. During the weekdays that isn't a problem as they're at work, but the odor definitely drifts upstairs.

Street parking, the only kind available, can be tight but be aware of street cleaning days.

There are no restaurants or interesting streets with shops to browse in this location.

The sheets were not cotton, which, in my opinion, makes sleep better and the bed was VERY hard. I had a constant back ache.

The most important thing to know is that Wanglan will rent out the other bedroom to a stranger which happened the last night of my stay. I don't know if this is approved by ab&b and when I asked her she skirted the question. Before confirming my reservation I asked her if she could guarantee my safety and she confirmed she could, though did not elaborate. It's creepy & raises safety issues knowing someone else can share the space with you.
