The place looked just like the photos and had everything we needed for a short stay — a small kitchen with pots and pans, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a comfortable bedroom. We stayed for two nights and had a bit of trouble getting the bedroom heat going the first night (definitely user error), but the second night was fine. The living room stayed pretty chilly even with the heater on, which might just be the time of year (we visited in October).

The location was great — right in the village, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, most of which were open even in the off-season. It was quiet overall, though we could hear people walking by late at night from the second floor.

Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host even let us know the unit was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice touch. The only real downside was that the bedding had a very strong smell of Raid or some kind of bug repellent, which was unpleasant.

Would stay again.
