I made the reservation a month ago for three nights, and the week of the trip, I never received any communication from her. I emailed and voicemail both her and her boyfriend to no avail. Finally, I contacted AirBnB support the day of travel and after they couldn't reach her, they canceled the reservation. i had to book a hotel at higher costs the day of travel.

We were supposed to stay for a night during the weekend. I hadn’t called her boyfriend a couple days before the stay to set up a place to get the keys but I specific place was told to me. I was then told the apartment was unavailable and I had to find a new place. Extremely inconvenient when I was going to see a play later that day.

Marta’s place was perfect for our family. My mom had her own room with adjoining bathroom at the far end of the apt, my younger son slept on the comfy pull out couch in the middle living room and my other son and I were in the room by the street. The boys and I had our own spacious, nicely updated bathroom. The kitchen was cute and had what we needed. Bring coffee, etc. as the only thing there was a couple bottled waters. The noise from the street was not bad. We could walk a few blocks to Times Square and even walked safely home from our night at the theatre which was 10 blocks away. The restaurant next to the house, B Side, was delicious! I would highly recommend this space for family groups wanting to see the city!
