Conozco a don Alberto desde hace aproximadamente ya un año, y desde la primera vez que contacté los servicios de él, si fue súper amable, súper atento y también muy flexible. De hecho, si usted tiene alguna situación en el apartamento, usted solo se lo comunica él, inmediatamente ya sea, viene él o envía sus representantes. En si en lugares demasiado acogedor, me gusta mucho por la cercanía que tiene con los alrededores de la ciudad de San José. Y no es la primera vez que me quedo acá. Lo recomiendo , 10/10

Host's were very nice with good communication but instructions for check in on Airbnb say check-in with reception desk. There is no "reception desk" per se. It is a security guard desk, and he was clueless (apparently, he was new). He kept saying he couldn't help me. He finally called another guard who was on his lunch who knew what to do. After the fact, I understood that I needed to tell them that I was renting an Airbnb so they could give me a key. This was unclear in the instructions. The apartment itself is functional although not 'pretty.' The is no carpet/tile/wood on the floor; it's bare polished concrete. Some walls have been painted others, also appear, to be bare concrete although they may have been painted grey (but poorly). Bedroom AC worked well but no AC in the living room where twin bed is, and no fan, so it was a bit stagnant or warm in living room. We only used refrigerator in kitchen; it appeared to be well stocked. Washer & dryer worked well. Overall -- Good!

El lugar es hermoso, un clima increíble para quienes disfrutan del frío, una estadía 10/10
