Les instructions sont arrivées aux derniers moment via une plateforme etrange hors airbnb, il manquait des draps et serviette, sans reponse de l'hôte nous sommes partis du logement et avons contacté airbnb qui a effectué un remboursement intégral du séjour car ils n'ont reussi non plus à le joindre. Rendez vous service et evitez ce logement, il n'en vaut pas la peine.

Suspicious: host asked me to deposit a refundable 250$ before I was given the code to the door. This has not yet shown on my credit card bill (the extraction or refund). Unusual: Host refused to communicate over Air Bnb, using another platform.Unprofessional: Host did not leave any information about how to enter until day of arrival (which made things difficult and stressful, since my son and I were on a 13 hour flight before we arrived in Montréal!) apartment has 1 queen size bed and one couch.Couch was not pull out.Bedding for couch was missing. There were no instructions and we didn't find the air conditioning until the next day, so we had to sleep with the windows open on St. Laurent Blvd. in a party/bars area, overlooking a construction site-very loud! With windows closed it is quiet. There are 3 tall flights of stairs and no elevators. Otherwise as described. The apartment was pretty clean (except some dust) and well maintained. hope my credit card doesn't get extraneous charges.

Based on recent reviews, we were concerned. We found out that the space has recently changed mgmt and you can't contact them via the Airbnb messaging app. You have to reach out to them using the phone number. They are very responsive.
They do require a $250 deposit but that's because it is run by a hotel chain. We anticipate having our damage deposit refunded as it would be at any hotel.
At check-in we notified them of a few issues with the space and were pleased with the response time for bringing a few wine glasses (only 1 when we arrived) and fixing a closet door that was off hinges.
The best thing about this place is the patio if you like hanging outside at sunset or after dark!
There are three flights of well lit stairs to this 4th floor studio. Once you arrive, there is a nice view and you are far enough above the street noise that you wouldn't notice the nightclubs and partiers unless you're hanging out looking over the balcony.
One downside is the towels are motel quality.

Très déçue par cette réservation. attention des frais imprévu son demandé SANS RAISON VALABLE. Je ne recommande pas.
