Location was excellent. Quiet, safe, family friendly. Walking distance to several dining and shopping options. Short walk thru the parking lot to get to the beach. Building itself is older, but the unit is updated. Pool was clean and kept at a comfortable temp. Self check-in was convenient. However, the House Manual we received stated that a parking permit would be inside the unit upon arrival. It was not. Ended up on the phone with several people to find out that there is no physical permit, you just verbally provide them with your car info. Unit was equipped with many items needed for a beach vacation, however, the beach umbrella was broken and unusable when we arrived. Unit could use a more thorough cleaning and maintenance between guests. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Baseboards in the bathroom need cleaning. Visible dust on light fixtures. Mold/mildew on the HVAC vents. Plenty of towels provided, however, very few places to hang them to dry. Bathroom outlet does not work.

Had a great vacation while staying here. Location was great, street was quiet and neighbors friendly. Host communicated instructions perfectly. The house was beautiful, the pool was great and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Location was perfect, close to everything. I would love to stay here again when visiting family!

This was our second time coming to Manasota Key and it was our favorite family beach trip we have ever taken. I am already making plans to come back and stay here. Kristina was very responsive and checked in with us via text several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The condo itself had pretty much everything we could need. Beach supplies, towels, dish soap, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find the beach very close, the beach is directly across a not too busy street with private beach access still inside the condo community. We have had longer walks even staying directly on the beach. Loved the Gorgeous views from the condo! We came in October and had beautiful weather, water so clear we could see our feet in chest deep water, and we saw very few other people. The kids found lots of shells and we saw dolphins daily and a manatee. It was such a relaxing trip and just what we needed.
