Sam is a great host , i highly recommend staying at Sam's place .

Sam and his mom are just the most amazing people I have met. Always available for everything! Also the Airbnb is beautiful, clean and at a good location and proximity to Niagara Falls as well as grocery stores, banks etc. I had a great four weeks stay. I recommend the place to everyone wanting to stay on a budget and looking for a decent and safe accomodation. Everything mentioned in the listing is true and even better. Sam is an honest person, always willing to go and extra mile to keep his customers happy and comfortable.

Super comfy bed in a warm cozy room which is super important for a good night's sleep along with a quiet neighborhood.

Super clean bathroom. Has all the amenities you need.

Extra bonus is spacious private parking in the backyard which makes it easy to load and unload stuff.

Double extra bonus is witnessing the sunrise right outside the window!

Highly recommend Sam's place if you don't mind 20mins walk to the falls.

Sam is a wonderful host, super quick to respond and checks in daily to make sure everything is going well.

One thing to note is the wall is quite thin so could hear walking upstairs and noise on the other side. So just remember to inform Sam and he will inform the tenant to keep the noise down after hours.

Other than that, everything else is fabulous.

I had a great 4 nights stay at Sam's place.
Everything was as described and Sam respond very fast to all demands.
The apartment was very clean and I loved the little Covid kit to ensure our safety.
The place is very close to downtown so you can walk to the falls in 15 mn.
I recommand this place with no hesitation.
