Great place if you’re looking for something to do in Asbury Park! Beach or just a fall weekend!

We had a wonderful time. His home is in a very convenient location. It's walkable to the boardwalk, beach, and town. His yard is very well taken care of, private, relaxing, and great to sit in and enjoy a cup of coffee or whatever.

We were very impressed by Josh’s space!

The house had everything our group of 3 adults and 2 young children needed for a week planned around the Sea Hear Now music festival and generally relaxing at the beach.

There was plenty of room to relax and watch tv or read a book, with ample indoor and outdoor space. The front porch (an Asbury must have) and secluded backyard were both perfect, and the finished basement den was an excellent bonus.

Bedrooms were very comfortable and well decorated, and touches such as wireless chargers and google stations throughout the house adding a nice touch. The appliances were a real standout! We cooked several times and did several loads of laundry and everything was high end and seemed brand new.

Josh and his team were extremely responsive and helpful.

We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was not only thoughtfully appointed and beautifully designed, but it felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated the special little details; it’s like they thought of every possible thing you might need or be looking for. Highly recommended! We hope to make it back for another visit!
