Wonderfull place to stay, with beautyfull garden and large terase, in peacefull part of Nikiti. Close to beach. Host was so kind and nice. Aconodation was spotles clean. Definetly recomandation for everyone, expecialy for familyes. Parking next to house. Me and my family have felt just like home.

Great accommodation for a couple with 2 small kids

Una casa accogliente, perfetta per 4 persone. Arredata con cura, l’abbiamo trovata pulita e in ordine. Aria condizionata del salotto rinfresca anche le stanze. Non sempre necessaria perche casa è ventilata. Il terrazzo fantastico per colazione e cena, ha spazio per stendere panni e rilassarsi con vista sullo splendido giardino curato con amore dalla famiglia di Dimitris. C’è anche barbecue condiviso. Posizione ottima in una via residenziale tranquilla a tutte le ore, a pochi metri dal mare e da negozi e ristoranti del lungomare raggiungibile a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa. Nikiti è ottima base di partenza per visitare Sithonia in lungo e in largo come abbiamo fatto.
Dimitri e la sua famiglia sono accoglienti e molto discreti, ma sempre disponibili per consigli e suggerimenti. La signora Dora ci ha anche preparato una buonissima torta al cioccolato un pomeriggio al ritorno dal mare. Dimitri ci ha suggerito molti luoghi speciali e imperdibili. Ci siamo sentiti a casa 🥰

This was our first Airbnb stay and we were lucky to choose Dimitris’s apartment. It’s spacious, spotless, renovated, and fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen amenities, iron, washer, coffee machine...)!

We were warmly welcomed by his wonderful mother, who surprised us with gifts on arrival and checked in on us during our stay, even bringing fresh sheets twice, as well as cookies and fresh fruits. Her kindness made us feel at home.

The apartment is perfect for a family (we are 4), with lovely rooms, two beautiful balconies, and a lush garden full of flowers and palm trees.

The location is great! Just a short walk (3-4 min) to the main promenade with plenty of restaurants and street food (even our picky kids were happy!), and the “Ok Groceries” market nearby is open almost all the time. Ksilaki (best ice cream) is just 5min away.

Nikiti beach is close by, and beaches from both east and west coasts of Sithonia are just minutes away by car.

Highly recommended!
