Erika’s place is super cute and right near Retiro Park. With a short metro ride you can get anywhere in Madrid. Erika was fast with communication and very hospitable. I would recommend!

It is a very nice a quiet place, nice neighborhood, many great restaurants, close to the big park and downtown. Erika is helpful and she responds quickly to messages. Enjoy!

Sappiate de dovete adattarvi per spazi e ambiente. Soprattutto per il bagno che è piccolo e scomodo a mio parere per una persona molto alta o con qualche chilo di troppo. Erika è disponibile e non fa problema d'orari.

Erika was a fantastic host - I had the worst flight of my life getting into Madrid, delayed several times by a total of over 20 hours, and Erika was consistently responding immediately and kindly to my many different messages about changing arrival times. Finally, I arrived at 4AM and felt awful to wake her but so grateful for her attentiveness to communicate and receive me at that crazy hour. Her place is as it looks in the photos - everything very neat and clean. Room has a wardrobe with hangers, extra blankets, a mirror, drinking water on the nightstand - everything I needed. It's very nice to get the feel of living as a local would in Madrid. Wifi works great. FYI the apartment is up a few flights of stairs with no elevator (I believe this is also stated in the room profile) - very typical and not a difficult climb but good to be aware of an plan for if you have physical challenges or a ton of luggage. Erika and I went out to grab a drink and tapas one night and I was very happy to get to know her a little bit - she's a really lovely person and a wonderful host! Definitely recommend to stay here.
