The place is located in the area of OSU student rentals and is in corresponding condition. It is clean and functional, but not much beyond that. In the summer the only well air-conditioned area is the first floor, the second floor bedrooms tend to get hot, and the third has a window AC that is adequate. Our most serious complaint is a broken dishwasher with stale water in it. It appeared to have been in that condition for quite some time. The service response time was very good, a maintanance team appeared in a couple of days to fix all the issues that we had with the property. However, the dish washer needed replacing and could not be fixed within the time frame of our stay. Overall, the property was habitable, with some caveats.
