This was our best day - an overall wonderful, magical experience. For the time in the cenote, Luigi and Karen were helpful guides in all the steep or uneven areas, ensuring our safety. They also gave us time to reflect and respect the customs and traditions of the roles of the cenote to Mayans.
The cenote was clean and absolutely beautiful. Wow!
The places Karen and Luigi took us to eat were amazing, absolutely delicious! Best food we’ve had so far in the area, for sure. We ate way too much because it was so good, so many new flavors!

Don’t hesitate to book this once in a lifetime experience!!! Karen is not only knowledgeable, she shares a true local perspective which includes authentic flavors of Mexico. The cenotes experience is private and intimate, no large groups which is exactly what we were looking for!! The day started with the best cup of coffee and pastries that I have had in Mexico. Then we traveled to the private cenote site in the jungle which we absolutely perfect. Trust your guide…Karen made sure we felt safe as we left the world behind for an immersive tour of the cenote. My husband has some physical limitations and I just recovered from a broken ankle and wrist. We both had no problem following Karen’s keen direction into what felt like another existence, a peaceful existence! The day finished with one of the best meals I have ever had! I enjoyed it so much it bought tears to my eyes, a true foodie experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made a new friend in Karen who took the time to pick us up from our Airbnb and return us safely! Thank you Karen!

Spent the day with Luigi which was a wonderful introduction to Tulum. The history at the ruins was superb, as was all of the tacos and ice cream. Ended the day very full, tired, and happy.
