Sierra was a nice and polite guest, while she was here. However, her communication was spotty and inconsistent. As a super host we prefer our guest to have great communication before, during and after their stay. We were still able to accommodate their 2 cars and their changing requests. She also had something come last minute while they where here, and they had to leave earlier then they planned. We were happy to accommodate and help out with their quick checkout. However, when they returned home they contacted Airbnb instead of us for a refund, but they left after dark, and did not cancel for that night, leaving us with no chance of getting another booking. Overall, I would suggest that in the future she not use Airbnb, and stay at local hotels or motels instead.
