We've stayed here before, and love it. Very quiet beautiful neighborhood. If you want the party scene this is not for you. Beds are softer than most in Mexico, pretty good for Americans. 20 Minute walk to the ferry and all the action on Fifth ave.

Beautiful apartment in a secure and gated community. Just a block away from the magnificent beach. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes. Raul is a wonderful host, always helpful with recommendations and questions. I can absolutely recommend this airbnb

THis section of Playa Del Carmen is secure and quiet. We found this studio to be near the beach and easy to access. It's a short walk to the main road where you can catch a cab to the Cozumel ferry location, where there is every Restaurant and shop you will need, from an Apple reseller store to Krispy Kreme to local eateries and souverior shops. The studio was an easy walk up a flight of stairs with a nice balcony, quiet, clean and private. And for Mexican beds which are usually hard, they were pretty comfortable. Highly recommend.
