We had a lovely stay at Delphine’s. We selected the apartment because we were traveling with our two year old and it was so nice to have the accommodations we needed already there - the travel crib, high chair, and enormous bath tub! It was also nice to have an elevator option to transport our suitcases. The location is great and very easily accessible to the metro and lots of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was perfect for us. Delphine was incredibly kind and responsive, facilitating an easy check-in even when we were a bit delayed on the train coming from CDG to the city. It was a lovely stay!

A perfect location for a Paris experience away from tourists. A real neighborhood with all the little shops and bakeries. Great grocery story around the corner. Busses and metro within blocks to get you just about anywhere quickly. The apartment is old Paris with beautiful wooden floors and large rooms. We loved the kitchen to hang out in the morning. Delphine was a very good host. She communicated regularly and gave us some excellent suggestions on where to eat with my vegan husband. The apartment was spotless with the exception of a few areas in the kitchen. We communicated that to Delphine who was appreciative of our feedback and took action with her cleaner. Washer and dryer worked great. So good to have an elevator for getting luggage and groceries upstairs. We had an excellent stay.

Just finished a ten day stay at Delphine’s lovely apartment in the 10th. It was a very large apartment with a huge and well designed, eat in and stocked kitchen. If you love to cook and come to Paris to, among other things, shop at the beautiful food markets and cook, this is the place for you. My wife and I stayed with our two grown kids and it was very comfortable with two bedrooms and a comfortable and a lovely living and dining room. The neighborhood is perfect-the heart of Paris in many ways-just a few minutes from the Place de La Republique and two minutes from the Canals. Just a great location on the Right Bank. Delphine was lovely and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Delphine's place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 with two kids - the canal area is lovely and Delphine was a very attentive host with tons of information about the area. The subway is literally right there so going anywhere in Paris is just minutes away. Such a comfortable flat we had everything we needed and only regret we didn't explore the neighborhood even more. And the place is perfectly appointed with a French feel. A win!
