I truly enjoyed my experience with Taylor (and I definitely felt the payoff the next day -- in the best way possible). Taylor is the first trainer I've worked with who listened to my specific needs and tailored the workout accordingly. I walked out of the training feeling so much more confident than I did walking in, and I credit Taylor for that!

The training takes place in an outdoor gym -- and I wish I knew about this gym during the pandemic! Because it is outdoors, you can expect to sweat in the summertime, but even the late August heat wasn't too bad.

I'm really grateful to have found Taylor via Airbnb and look forward to future sessions with her!
