Cute cozy spot in the Hollywood hills. Hank’s instructions were very clear and he was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question or concern.

The place itself has some unique features, though I think some have more form over function. For example: the bathroom sink made of stone. It looked cool but there wasn’t a truly flat surface on the whole thing that gave me confidence when placing an item down (like a glass).

The space was the prefect size for a single person, and very well stocked. Has a great view of the Hollywood sign!

Overall, it’s a little more run down than in the pictures and could use updating. Stains on the carpets, couch, and arm chair.
In some areas it is floor to ceiling carpeting which traps a lot of dust, and uneven flooring in a couple of places.

Just FYI, laundry is not in-suite, and must be shared with other guests.

All that said, I can tell Hank cares a lot about his rentals and works hard to keep it all running. A lovely and kind person.

We loved our stay here SO MUCH! Hank went beyond the call of duty as a host- he was so communicative and even brought me a congratulatory handwritten note and wine to celebrate my new book release. The place surpassed all my expectations!

This was our third time staying at one of Hank's places. He's the best host - always responsive and provides clear instructions and has great recommendations. This space had great views of the hills and the Hollywood Sign. It was quiet and private. The space itself was clean and well appointed - we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend staying here!
