The Globe Tavern

Borough Market is where you might remember seeing Bridget’s bachelorette pad in the Bridget Jones movies. The entrance to her attic flat is next to the Globe Tavern on Bedale Street, and is the setting for some memorable scenes. The Greek restaurant where Mark Darcy (Colin Firth) and Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant) have their unforgettable fight—now it’s a wine bar, Bedales—is just across the street. Channel Bridget there with a chilled glass (or five) of Chardonnay.
