Traditional sushi place in a Little Tokyo shopping centerl. Basically just delicious fish and good pricing. Recommendation: The Chirashi Bowl

LITTLE TOKYO - My favorite LA sushi restaurant (and I LOVE sushi). Local spot. friendly service and typically never crowded. Park in Little Tokyo Marketplace garage and enter the mall. Restaurant is on third floor next door to the Korean BBQ restaurant. There's no sign.

Yes, it's in a shopping mall (3rd floor). But it is one of the best traditional sushi places around. Basically, no... chicken teriyaki, etc. Sit at the bar, and tell the chef to serve you the chef's choice. Be prepared for a bill of around $120 for 2.
