Costa Teguise is a main tourist resort with golden sand beaches and a wide range of activities for windsurfing and diving enthusiasts and is located on the east coast of Lanzarote.

Playa Bastian beach is down the road from our properties, barely 400m or a 5’ walk. From there you can also enjoy a nice walk on the coast by using Avenida Los Cocederos, which is a pedestrian avenue. Along this avenue you will find nice restaurants, diving centers and a few shops.
