This temple of all things smoked, salted, and fatty is about the best place in town to get a charcuterie fix, thanks to ace chef Shannon Debreceny. Everything—from the sausages to the chicken to the beef short ribs—is smoked in-house on the Southern Pride Smoker direct from Tennessee. The bar has a separate and altogether excellent menu. Order some brown bread and a serving of black pudding and fashion your own outrageous sandwich.

Delicious smoked meat restaurant in a chilled environment. I actually love the sides as much as the meats!
Obviously, not recommended for vegetarians... Specialising in top quality smoked meat dishes, this restaurant provides excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere.
A bit pricey, but for an inner city meal this is really fun whole American food inspired, mostly one on a giant smoker. DELICIOUS! Then you can bar hop around the CBD
