Local laundromat with ample machines, there is a dry cleaner next door (and a smoothie shop on the same strip to enjoy while you wait, as well as a Starbucks)

This is the closest place to do laundry. 3 minute drive. You can also do your grocery shopping while doing your wash. Great video store above it as well. Video Journeys.
