Excellent typical Sicilian cuisine, especially for the "carbonara with zucchini pasta" and sausage.

Caltabellotta è una cittadina estremamente interessante, con una bella Chiesa Madre e un notevole paesaggio naturale intorno. Al ristorante La Ferla si mangia molto bene.
