Dog friendly beach at the mouth of the harbour. Walk to lighthouse along breakwall. See container ships arriving and departing, dolphins sometimes, 5 mins walk from there to Newcastle beaches,shops.

This sheltered beach was once a women only bathing Beach. Today, it’s a good location to bring your kids too. Horseshoe Beach is also an Off-Leash Location for dogs.
