An unassuming North Sydney shop great for scoring fantastic seafood to chuck on the barbie. The two Korean owners, Johnny and Andy, have an uncanny eye for quality—you can buy anything here knowing it’s best in class and best in season. They have a particular knack for exceptional tuna, from sashimi-grade local yellowfin to Japanese toro, tuna belly. Don’t come with a specific recipe in mind—ask the boys what their pick of the day is and decide what you’ll do with it after. They stock a great selection of Japanese and Korean condiments, sauces and dressings, too, which are just waiting to be squeezed into your marinade.
