Featuring 37 rooms, 12 baths and 14 fireplaces, sea captain and beer baron Captain Frederick Pabst’s beautiful home was built in the Flemish Renaissance style on Milwaukee’s historic Grand Avenue. During docent-led tours visitors will see the first through third floors and learn about the Pabst Mansion and family.
This is one of the few remaining mansions that lined both sides of Wisconsin Ave (all of the others were torn down). Special Christmas decorated interior during the holidays.
Home to Milwaukee's pioneer brewing family and five archbishops, this mansion is currently being restored to its natural splendor. Tours are available for $12.
