Restaurant - bar They serve something we call "apericena", "lunchinner" would be the literal translation. It's a buffet, and they have a different chef every day, it costs like $400.00 but it's worth it, but not for vegans and vegetarians :(. But they always have great Mixologists and their cocktails are made with natural handmade ingredients, they have lots of handcrafted local distillates, like mexican gin, pox, sotol and pulque distillate. Ask the bartender for recommendations, they don't use egg for the foam, they use handmade aquafaba :D

Well..this is my own little bar and it's the first of the kind in mexico. aperitivo italian style. open wednesday to saturday from 5pm and pretty close the flat. food is on a donation basis. you can find out more on social media as @bacalmx.
