A horseshoe cove with views over the entrance to Haven Waterway. A narrow beach at hgh water, but a gently shelving stretch of sand appears at low tide, with amazing rock pools on the south side. To the north there is a ‘secret beach’ which has to be discovered. The sea off the beach has strong currents. - Toilets and beach café - Parking - Pushchair/ disabled access vi a ramped path and slipway - Dogs allowed all year

Car park right on the beach with toilets and fab cafe ‘The Wavecrest’ Very safe and sheltered beach .
Angle Beach is a local firm favourite for families. It is incredibly sheltered which means that the kids can play in safety. In fact many of the local children enjoy jumping off the wall and rocks in the harbour (secret bay on the right) at high tide. There is also a great restaurant serving lunch, icecreams and hot drinks. There are the all important loos, but the car park is chargeable at £5 but can be paid from your phone.

Good beach. Narrow but plenty to see - including Thorn Island, which is often for sale if you have a spare few million and fit into that rare demographic that wants to own a derelict 19th century fort with close-up views of an oil refinery. (You can't see the refinery from the beach.)
