EL Hotel W en Santiago ofrece todo tipo de servicios, desde tiendas como Brooks Brothers, pasando por fiestas masivas a un bar en rooftop con increíbles vistas. Hay dos muy buenos restaurantes, el OSAKA del reconocido Chef Ciro Watanabe, y el Bajo Cero.
