As we were traveling to Americus for a quick "mental health getaway" - my husband surprised me with this stop which he found searching the area for something a little different to do. What a great find! The area is incredibly gorgeous. The retail/wine tasting building is also very lovely. But the highlight of the visit was being most fortunate to meet Hanna - a very friendly and personable young lady who took the time to fill us in on the history of the land - and the nuances of the wine and its development. Assisted by the wine tasting and Hanna - we purchased several bottles of wine.
