Now it’s home to the Old Laundry Yard, West London’s newest street-food market, where 72 shipping containers are quickly becoming a favourite neighbourhood hangout. U+I is the brains behind this creative, multi-faceted space, which is also a base for community workshops and events. The food on offer includes Nigerian barbecue chicken with plantain from family-run Jollof Mama, grilled cheese sandwiches and skin-off chips from Pom Fries, gluten-free brownies from Maxine Cooks and Venezuelan flavours from Papelon.
