Because sometimes there is someone in the family that will only eat the Kid's Meal or a burger and fries from McDonald's. I am susceptible to a craving for their chocolate shakes and fries.

Personally, I feel McDonalds is the worst of all the Fast Food, I wish we had an El Pollo Loco but all we have is 3 McDonalds in the area. It's got a drive thru as well.

There's a McDonald's in Blue Jay, as well as one at the shops in Lake Arrowhead.
