$. Perhaps strange looking, not very charming location, but AMAZING dim sum.

Dim-to-tha-sum! Really gooood and cheap dim sum. A perfect dinner if you are going to a concert at Rockefeller, Sentrum Scene or John Dee. Or if you just like dim sum like me.
