It's my favourite country pub, oldny worldly with loads of I interesting stuff hanging from the ceiling. Friendly staff and a heated outdoor area. Great for kids and dogs. Good for an evening drink or a day time stop off

In the village of Goodmanham .Fabulous, favourite local friendly -quirky pub with its own micro brewery, lots of guest ales, great home cooked food. Special themed food nights Out door eating . Won camra pub of the year many times

This is about a 20 minute drive from Pocklington (or cycle!) A quaint pub with a great atmosphere. This belongs to an old school pal of mine, she brews her own very fine ale on site.
