Tapiola Culture Centre hosts the libary, some other cultural events such as concerts etc.

There is quite a nice library in the big Culture Center building. In library you can also lend a camera, microphone or sewing machine! Computers available as well, printing, scanning everything! Books in English and Swedish, some in Russian and even Chinese, too.
