THE CHARANN’S TAVERN STORY At Charann’s we honor our over 50 Year Tradition as we keep evolving with fresh menu ideas & craft beer/cocktails in a family friendly environment Once upon a time, Charlie and Ann Fisher, (Charann’s! See what they did there?) fell in love, got married, and opened Charann’s Tavern on the Courtney Cambell Causeway. Their Tampa’s Famous Cheesesteak Sandwich was a hit with locals, fishermen, and circus workers alike. This cheesesteak is iconic, and people take pride in how many years they have enjoyed the same recipe that we use to this day. We are proud to use the same quality ingredients, including freshly baked bread from Casino Bakery right here in Tampa that is delivered daily. We take the time to do a 24 hr (4)-step process to the Ribeye steak so that every sandwich melts in your mouth, brings back memories, and leave you craving another.

Great food and a great place to go to watch sports. The place has multiple TVs on every wall, but one.
