这家荞麦专门店,选用的是北海道兰越町的无农药无添加的玄荞麦。每天一大早,店里的师傅都会用石磨磨碎,加上当地的甘露水手打制成。可以放心食用。 The buckwheat is from Rankoshi-chō,Hokkaido,without pesticide or any other additions.Every early morning,the master will grind the buckwheat with stone mill with the fresh water.All hand-made and secure.

Simply stunning food. Soba noodles (made from local buckwheat) presented in a humble and traditional way. Always delicious, always fresh, and always worth a visit. It's about a 5min walk from the lodge. Watch out for the slippery floor in ski boots (slippers are available)

Handmade Organic Soba just a stone's throw from the cottage! Great texture to the soba noodles, with a hint of yuzu in their broths. Our recommend is the Duck Soba, or the winter special, Tempura Oyster Soba!
