Danvikshems church is located inside the retirement home. Danvikshem built 1915 church hall replaced the earlier church /hospital building from 1725 still exist. Danvikshem was built for 400 residents and church hall was built for everyone to have space. The architect was Aron Johansson . Church was built in the Art Nouveau style with dark headdress pine and walls of white plaster . Older fixtures include: Three doors with medieval paintings from two altarpieces that were found in the attic of the old hospital. The paintings are from 1510 since 1951 they are deposit with the State Historical Museum. Two copies of paintings made by Jacob Jordaes Adoration of the Shepherds the Crucifixion
