This is the last remaining brewery housed in a traditional, kura-style storehouse out in the Shonan beach area. Aside from the brewery building itself, the complex has a Japanese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and a bakery. The food is excellent, and the buildings here are full of character with a bit of a rustic look—it’s a great atmosphere to hang around in. The Japanese restaurant in this complex has a very appealing seasonal weekday lunch set if you want to have a good reason to come early and avoid the crowds. I also recommend the kikizake—the sake tasting set.
