Free use of sports equipments, billiards, ping pong tables, footzball, children's play area, HD TV, with an ID. Also outdoor basketball courts, baseball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, lake, children's playground, & BBQ. Great to rent an office room that has LCD projector (Diamond Room) or a big room to host many people.
