One of the coolest bars in town. Owner has an amazing 1970s soul music collection. Highly recommended. It's a little bit tricky to find. It's 1/2 block south of Sanjo on Fuyachodori. West side of the street. I think it's the 6F of the building. Just keep an eye out for the name OIL.
