Pho Hoang, founded in 2010 has consistently served customers with the utmost service and quality of food. Pho Hoang has established itself as the best Vietnamese restaurant in Winnipeg.

Phở Hoàng has earned a loyal following in a city that knows its Vietnamese cuisine, and in a neighbourhood surrounded by competitors.
