its on our doorstep and leads down to the Marina or into Roedean- or just go for a walk and see the sheep and listen to the sky larks

I take dogs walking here a few times a week. People who stay @40 are welcome to join me. Also, if more independant this area starts just a 15 minute walk from @40.
