It's a bit of a drive, but the Pirate Bar down in Naguabo is on a splendid beach front with a festive atmosphere. It get's super busy on Saturday night and Sunday. The bay area is stunningly beautiful. There are numerous pubs/bars/clubs in the area, along with a set of Kioskos to get some good eats. If you have a day to spare, it's definitely worth checking out.
