Savoca ist, wie Forza d'Agrò ein ganz typisch sizilianisches Dorf auf dem Berg. Auch hier wurden mehrere Szenen aus "Der Pate" gedreht. Man kann in einem schönen Rundgang verschiedene Kirchen besichtigen und es sich dann in der Bar Vitelli aus dem berühmten Film einen Kaffee schmecken lassen.

The town of Savoca is well recognized by fans of "The Godfather" trilogy, as numerous scenes were filmed in this lovely town.

Small little village known for having been the set of some scenes of the movie "The Godfather". A stop at the "Bar Vitelli" on the main square is a must.
