The church "Panagia i Limnia" has a nice bell-tower and is the second parish of the main town. The icons from "Christos sto Kastro - Christ in the Castle" as well as Papadiamantis's head are kept there. The parish of Panagia Limnia continues to preserve the nice tradition and custom of the island, which are vividly represented in the books of local writers-poets Alexandros Papadiamantis and Alexandros Moraitidis.

Ο Ιερός Ναός ανηγέρθηκε το 1837 στη τοποθεσία που προϋπήρχε ναός του Αγίου Χαραλάμπους. Είναι ο παλαιότερος ενοριακός ναός της πόλης με το υψηλότερο κωδωνοστάσιο. Εντός του ιερού βήματος υπάρχει παρεκκλήσι του Αγίου Χαραλάμπους και στο γυναικωνίτη του Οσίου Κυριακού του Αναχωρητού. Στο ναό φυλάσσεται η θαυματουργός εικόνα της Παναγίας της Οδηγήτριας έργο του 1700, καθώς και η κάρα του Αλέξανδρου Παπαδιαμάντη.
