Alley Pond Park is the second-largest public park in Queens, New York, occupying 655 acres. Inclusive of tennis courts, an adventure park, bike trails and more.
This charming park happens to be home to the oldest and tallest tree in all of New York City, nicknamed “the Queens Giant.” The 133.8-foot tulip poplar tree is between 350 and 450 years old and a gift from the Dutch West India Company to the first settlers of Manhattan.
