Use tram number 8, 26 to Dlouha trida or Namesti Republiky. Or you can walk to Strossmayerovo namesti and take 17 to Staromestska. Or take 12 in the opposite direction to Malostranska. There are many ways to go from here. Including walking through Letenske sady park directly to the upper part of Castle.

The closest tram stop, lot of different lines goes there and only 2 stops to Vltavská stop where you can take a subway.
