A short walk from West Lewiston this is a very impressive high waterfall especially after heavy rain. There is a well cordoned off viewing area so it is safe for families.
Apparently very popular with Queen Victoria. Prior to the days of the "Loch Ness Monster", Divach Falls was what the area was best known for and was "the" tourist attraction.
This short walk takes you along an uneven path to Divach Falls which was a source of inspiration to J M Barrie for his novel Peter Pan
The Falls of Dhivach are a stroll away from Squirrels Leap, and at a 100 feet drop into Dhivach Burn they are really impressive. Its a short fairly easy stroll through at atmospheric oakwood. At the top of the Falls you will see Dhivach Lodge. A house with much history.
