The service and food sucks, but this dark cocktail lounge in the 1902 Hotel Genève, ringed by antique phones, is one of the more romantic spots in town. Roam the hotel for placards detailing its history, like when dictator Porfirio Diaz dined there the day the Mexican Revolution began in 1910.
